The Studio
Osteocomo is an osteopathic and massage therapy practice present in Como, Milan and Cantù area for more than nine years.
Our studio in Cantù and Como provide experience in osteopathic treatment of infants, children, adolescents and adults, focusing on the treatment and prevention of chronic pain conditions.
In addition to the osteopathic treatment, the studio offers the possibility of carrying out personalized massage therapies and kinesio taping treatments according to the needs of the person.
The goal of each visit is to ensure the best possible therapy for the patient, so as to allow a rapid recovery by preventing the disorder from recurring.
The center offers particular attention to multidisciplinary assessment, making use of the most recent knowledge in the medical field and collaboration with other medical and non medical specialists.

WHAT WE OFFER
ADULTS AND ELDERLY
Osteocomo offers osteopathic services aimed at treating adults and the elderly with personalized assessment and individual programs aimed at recovering and maintaining physical well-being.
CHILDREN
The study offers advice and osteopathic treatments for newborns, children and adolescents, with special attention also for pregnant women and new mothers.
SPORTSPEOPLE
Osteocomo aims to achieve optimal results for athletes, supporting them in case of pain and supporting the achievement of maximum performance, both for enthusiasts and agonists.
CHRONIC PAIN
The osteopathic study expands its competence also for the chronically ill. Taking advantage of clinical innovations and collaborations with specialists in the sector, Osteocomo offers a prevention, consultancy and treatment service for chronic pain.
HOW IT DOES
The First Consultation

Data collection
In the initial phase of the first visit, all the information necessary for the correct setting of the treatment is collected. This happens through the formulation of specific questions associated with the vision of any instrumental tests, which however are not essential to carry out a first osteopathic visit.

Tests
Subsequently, according to the assessment of the patient's symptoms, tests are carried out.
After this phase, it will be assessed whether the person is suitable for receiv osteopathic treatment, or if he needs further insights from other figures.

Assessment
Subsequently, the investigation phase is completed by a general postural examination which aims to evaluate any repercussions or causes of the complained symptom in the person's posture.

Treatment
After these first phases, a specific and personalized treatment plan will be drawn up which will consist of osteopathic manipulations, without the use of any instrumentation.

At the end of the scientific high school diploma I obtained the Diploma in Osteopathy (DO) in 2013 at Italian Academy of Osteopathic Medicine and, in the same year, the Bachelor of Science Honors Degree at BCOM (British College of Osteopathic Medicine) in London.
I am currently a member of the Register of Osteopaths of Italy (ROI) and I hold the position of professor in the Department of Articulatory Techniques at the Italian Academy of Osteopathic Medicine (AIMO).
Over the years I have established various collaborations including the one with the Antalgic Techniques Application Clinic (SATA) Where I have developed competences in the treatment of benign chronic painful conditions.
I cooperate with various other specialists in the health sector, with medical offices and sports clubs in Como and Cantù.
